And Express Your Individuality with this Classic Yacht!
HER STORY...Nipentuck is a converted Fishing Fleet Tender built in British Columbia and lovingly modified into a fully functional live aboard trawler. Step aboard and you will be swept away by the spirit of adventure. Her history is as salty as her appearance.
Nova Scotia , Jamaica, Cuba and Key West are places she has roamed. Her present owners refit her with modern conveniences and conduct an excellent ongoing maintenance program. She is a standout in any harbor and will bring the curious from far and wide. If you are seeking a comfortable cruiser that is guaranteed to be the only one of it's kind in the anchorage then give Nipentuck a look.
These are just a few of her modern conveniences:
Watermaker 300 gal per day On Demand Hot Water System 2 Burner stove w/oven New 2010 Honda 3kw generator New 2009 Incinolet Toilet System Fire Boy Fire Suppression System Espar Diesel Heat System Words cannot do her justice, view the photos and full specs for the complete story.AccommodationsBoarding the boat from the comfortable aft deck it is two steps up to the enclosed pilothouse. This is the main living area of the boat and contains to starboard a hanging locker and forward of that a very comfortable loveseat. Forward of the loveseat is a hatch to the engine room below. To port is a raised dinette and forward of this is the helm. The view from the helm is through World War II vintage commercial ship portholes. The entire pilothouse is varnished wood which adds a very warm and secure feel to the boat.
The very spacious engine room is below with work benches and storage on both side of the engine. This is definitively that workshop space on all boaters wish lists.
Moving forward to starboard and down two steps you enter the unbelievably spacious galley. The galley is as large as many kitchens in homes on land. It features a double sink and loads of counter space to starboard. To port is a newly built counter for the new two burner propane stove with oven. Forward to port is very recently replaced refrigerator/freezer combination and most forward is additional storage space with four large drawers.
Moving down a set of stairs you find more storage space outboard to port. To starboard on the lower level is the head with shower and incinolet toilet. Beneath the galley above is a crawl space with loads more storage. Here you will find the Espar diesel fired heater and the 300 gallon per day watermaker.
Forward of this space you enter the master stateroom with raise double bed with 6 drawers and a double cabinet beneath. There is a pilot berth to starboard as well.
Most forward is a second stateroom with bunk beds.
